1. Resolution
The sequences of events for a resolution are the following writing
- Miyax was introduced to a girl that later became her pen pal, the girl’s name is Amy.
- Miyax then realized that she is already able to marry Daniel. She wanted to do this because she wanted to get away from Aunt Martha and to get better education at a better school
- Miyax then flew to Daniel’s city. She then met Daniel’s family, with Naka and Nusan as Daniel’s parents. Living there, Miyax helped Nusan sew for her business. She also met new friends like Pearl.
- Daniel turns out to be horrible and Miyax wanted to get away from him, so she grabbed everything she needed and ran away from home.


- After Miyax were finished remembering the past, she is back to trying to survive. Because of the whiteout, she stayed inside her tent; she even got a friend to keep her company, a small bird.
- Jello stole from Miyax, it stole her bag which is full of things she needed to survive. But she is able to retrieve the things that are really important for her.
- Amaroq then killed Jello because Jello has disrespect the members of Amaroq’s family, Jello stole from Amaroq’s kids which in this case would be Miyax.
- Then Miyax realized that she was near the city and was happy about it. There were lots of troubles then, like how a bear appeared, though the wolves were there to protect Miyax


2. Story Board

1. Miyax went to a plane to go to Daniel’s town
2. Miyax married Daniel
3. Daniel turned out horrible and Miyax decided to run away
4. Jello stole Miyax’s item to survive
5. Amaroq killed Jello for stealing from Miyax
6. A bear attacked but there were the wolves to protect

Script – Role Play
“Aunt Martha! I decided that I want to marry Daniel!” Said Miyax.
Aunt Martha was confused but after they talked more about it, Aunt Martha agreed. And so, Miyax was on a plane, on her way to Daniel’s town. After a few while, they arrived on Daniel’s town. There, Miyax met Daniel’s family.
“Hello! My name is Miyax, the daughter of Kapugen!” Miyax said.
Naka, Kapugen’s friend, then said “Hello Miyax! I’m so happy that you decided to be a part of our family! Come on, we’ll take you home”
Miyax arrived at their home. There, Nusan taught Miyax how to knit clothes so that Miyax could help Nusan’s business. The next morning, Miyax was married to Daniel. After that, the days were normal, until one day Miyax found out what a terrible person Daniel is. Because of that, Miyax decided to run away. She then talked to her friend, Pearl.
“Pearl, I decided to run away. Don’t look for me” Miyax said.
Pearl then help equip Miyax with all the things that she need. After that, Miyax left.

Miyax had just remembered what had happened in the past, she now has to focus on doing her best to survive. Then Jello came and Jello stole Miyax’s bag which is full of things that she needed to survive.
“Jello! Give it back! I need that to survive!” Miyax screamed in panic.
Thankfully, Miyax is able to retrieve the things she needed to survive. After a few while, Amaroq came and killed Jello. Miyax was really shock! But then she realized why Amaroq killed Jello.
“Oh no Amaroq killed Jello! I guess it’s because Jello stole from me and so Amaroq gave what he deserve” Miyax said.
After that happened, Miyax was in her tent, when she heard a loud roar. She looked outside and found what appears to be a bear. Amaroq and the pack was beside the bear, fighting. Miyax panic but she realized that she was going to be safe with the wolf pack around so she watched the wolves fight from her tent.
“Go Amaroq! Kill that beast!” Miyax whispered to herself.
She then hoped that she could return to the city fast without going to anymore danger.


4. Summary
Based on what I read, the story so far is about Miyax running away from her home because she was running away from her terrible husband, Daniel. She was only thirteen years old but based on experience and knowledge, she is able to do the best she could to survive. She then also made friends with wolves that helped her survive.
In my opinion, this story is great, really interesting and fun to read. The positive thoughts that I have about this book is that Miyax is really amazing because she is so young yet is able to know all those stuff about hunting, surviving, and all. She is really smart and could learn to talk to wolves. Though I have a negative thought about the story which is when Daniel did terrible things to Miyax. Well I think that Miyax was reasonable to run away and I think that Daniel is really dumb to be intimidated by what his friends said.

Will Miyax finally reach Point Hope and is able to meet her pen pal Amy?
Will the wolves survive and will Miyax survive?
Will Miyax stay with the wolves or go to the city?
